What we make
Maintenance that runs itself, contractors you can count on
The first is one place to run property maintenance. Tenants report through the channels they already use. The details are filled in before anyone at the agency reads it. Repairs run to the end under rules each agency sets. Safety certificates get chased before they run out, not after.
The second is slower and matters more. Every completed job creates verified operational data about a contractor: whether they accepted, whether they turned up, whether it came back, whether the invoice matched the quote. Over time that becomes something no directory has, which is a record of work actually done.
Contractors who want more work can then choose to take jobs from other agencies, and agencies get cover when their own trades cannot attend. The AI is what lets the first part run without people. The record of real jobs is what makes the second part worth anything.

Contractor relationships are sacred
A contractor an agency introduced is private to that agency. Not as a setting, as the default. An agency's supplier list took years to build and is not ours to redistribute.
No forced app download
A contractor can accept and complete their first job from a link on their phone. Nothing to install, so the trades you rely on actually use it.
Humans decide material things
Anything to do with safety, money or the law can be checked by a person. Agencies set the limits and the rules for what needs a person, and every decision records who made it.
Safety runs on fixed rules
Gas, electrical, fire, flooding and security follow fixed rules and approved wording. A general model does not get to decide that a dangerous situation is safe.
