What we collect, and what we do not.
This site does not run enquiry forms, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The full privacy policy covering the platform is with our advisers and will be published here before the first agency goes live.
What this website collects
Nothing you type. There is no contact form: booking a conversation opens our scheduling provider, and anything you enter there is held by them under their own terms. Our hosting keeps standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and diagnostics.
What the platform will collect
Once an agency is live, Agents HQ processes personal data for that agency: their contacts, enquiries, tenancies and correspondence. The agency is the data controller and we are the processor. What we may do with that data is set by the agreement between us, not by this page.
Where data is held
Hosting region, retention periods and audit logging are agreed with each agency during implementation and written down before anything is built. They are not one-size-fits-all defaults.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask for a copy. If the data concerns your dealings with an agency using our platform, that agency is the controller and we will pass the request to them.
