One subscription covering the whole platform, with the contractors you already use included. We will price it against your own properties rather than put a number on a page.
Agency subscription
A monthly fee based on the number of properties you manage, with a minimum so that smaller agencies still get supported properly. Everything in the platform is included; there are no modules held back for a higher tier.

Bring every trade you already use. Importing them, inviting them, sending them work and collecting their documents is all part of the subscription. Your suppliers are your business.
Nothing for your contractors to pay
Trades work from a secure link with nothing to install and nothing to buy. One less reason for them to say no when you ask them to move onto it.
