Compliance
The certificates you are legally responsible for
Gas safety, electrical condition, energy performance and alarm checks are your obligations as a landlord, even when your agent manages them. A lapsed certificate can invalidate insurance and block a possession claim.
When your agent runs compliance through Agents HQ, renewals are chased before the expiry date and the certificate reaches you automatically once the work is done.
